March 1983Watson Powell, III is elected President and Watson Powell, Jr. continues as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. September 1988 Watson Powell, III is elected Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Administrative Officer and Michael E. Abbott is elected President and Chief Financial Officer. March 1989Michael E.
